Poster presentations

      Size of the printed posters must not exceed 3 ft (width) x 4 ft (length).
      Material to mount the posters will be provided on-site. 
      To be considered for a best poster award, the presentation of your poster should not exceed 5 min.

Oral Presentation Format Guidelines

• Each speaker will have 15 min, which include 10-12 minutes for the oral presentation followed by a 3–5-minutes question period. 

 

• Presentations should be in .ppt or pptxformat (Powerpoint). If using iOS (Mac), please make sure files are compatible with Windows (PC) prior to submission. Please send your presentation to [email protected] no later than 12h00 EDT on Monday, June 26th. ​
