Registration for the third Canadian Parasitology Network (CPN) 2025 Symposium is starting Friday February 7th!
The symposium will begin with registration and hotel check-in on June 5th, 2025 and will end in the afternoon of June 8th, 2025 after our outreach event!

Participants traveling to attend CPN 2025 will be able to book accommodation in the rooms at the Manoir du Lac Delage on request in the registration form.

Simple occupation : 234.74 $CAD/person + service and taxes
Double occupation : 129.00$CAD/person + service and taxes
Triple occupation : 100.42$CAD/person + service and taxes
Quadruple occupation: 86.13$CAD/person + service and taxes
* The preferential price will no longer be available after April 30th.
* After registration, if you need to modify or cancel your room reservation at the Manoir du Lac Delage, you must notify the organizing committee before April 30th, otherwise, the cost of the first night may be charged to you.

Registration Awards
Trainees travelling from outside Quebec province may apply for a Registration award to offset costs of registration to the symposium. In order to be eligible or considered for a registration award you must:
Deadline to apply for a registration award is same as the early-bird registration (April 25th, 2025).
- Be registered to the symposium and have submitted an abstract for oral or poster presentation.
- Send a one-page letter of motivation (accepted formats .doc, .docx, .pdf) to [email protected]
- The registration award is not cumulative with other travel grants.
Deadline to apply for a registration award is same as the early-bird registration (April 25th, 2025).
Abstract submission
- You must be registered to the CPN 2025 Symposium at the time of submission of your abstract
- Abstracts must be no longer than 250 words and should clearly state the purpose, methodology, results, and conclusions of the work.
- Due to limited timeslots for trainees, abstracts not chosen for an oral presentation will automatically be accepted for a poster presentation.
Deadline for abstract submission (for both scientific and outreach events) is April 25th, 23:59.
